DEPOSITS

I host incalls in clean, upscale hotels. Parking is complimentary and located at the back of the hotel. Side doors are open for your discretion. Please note that I’m only available 9AM - 11PM.

Transportation fee is included within the rate. Rate may increase depending on how far you are.
Outcalls are available daily. I only allow outcalls to hotels and airbnbs. If you can not provide accommodations for a hotel or airbnb; I can reserve one for us if you send me the payment for it.
A 25% deposit is required for outcalls. I do not visit residences unless it is for regular clientelle. Outcall appointments are an hour + ONLY.

Extended dates must include a social outing, meal, and/or drinks.

FMTY - Fly Me To You!
A 50% deposit and covered expenses is mandatory to confirm a date.
I require:

Transportation Costs: Uber, Train and / or first class or business class Flight.

International FMTY will be priced in USD.

Respect is key! Text messages and booking emails containing explicit language and or disrespect will not be tolerated. Please note that I will not respond to incomplete inquires such as “Hi”, “Hey,” “Rates?”, “You available” etc.
DEPOSITS: Appointments that require a deposit of 25% will be non refundable.
CANCELLATIONS: I understand that life happens and things come up. If you need to cancel, do so within 24H in advance of our scheduled date. Please reschedule a future date to avoid a non refundable deposit. If I need to cancel, your deposit will be returned in full.
Text app inquires will be ignored. If you are unable to use a real phone number, a 25% deposit will be required to book an appointment. A deposit let’s me know that you’re serious about meeting so my time isn’t wasted.
PLEASE NOTE!
Half hour incall rates will no longer be available starting January 2024.
I’m more comfortable and at ease when I have more time to build genuine rapport.
Regulars that I’ve had the oppurtunity to meet prior to 2024 will ONLY be honoured a half hour date.
